Which labs do you use?

We use partner factory labs for routine checks and accredited independent laboratories for residue and microbial testing. Third-party inspection such as SGS can be arranged on request.

What happens if a lot fails?

It is not shipped. We replace it with a lot that passes and tell you about any effect on timing.

Can I inspect before shipment?

Yes. You or your appointed inspector are welcome to inspect before loading.
