Can I order more than one product category?
Yes. Many buyers combine tea, spices and coconut products using our Mixed-Load Container service, with one booking and one set of documents.
Do you supply organic products?
Yes, certified organic tea and spices are available on request through certified partners. The organic certificate is attached to the Lot Passport.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. We courier reference samples. The sample you approve becomes the standard each shipment is matched against.
